PERHAPS IT MEANS THERE IS A NEED TO REFOCUS STRATEGY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, IF THE MARKETS HAVE FOUND ANOTHER COMPETITOR OR IS FLOODED WITH SIMILAR PRODUCTS. DEPENDING ON THE MARKETS EACH BUSINESS COMPETES, THE "NICHE" WHAT A BUSINESS IS GOOD AT, HOW IT FITS A NEED FOR THE MARKETS IT BASES ITS STRATEGY FOR, THESE ARE KEY AREAS WHICH SPECIFIC MARKETS IS COMPETING FOR A PIECE OF PARTICULAR MARKET SEGMENT. CONSIDER, THE NICHE ISN'T FOR ALL MARKETPLACES, HOWEVER, THE FOCUS IS ON FINDING CREATIVE WAYS TO ENHANCE OR EVEN REJUVENATE HOW WE FOCUS ON THE MARKETS WHICH THE BUSINESSES YOU THE READER LOOKS TO INFLUENCE.
